SAFETY: Please remember that floral wire and loose pieces can be sharp! In each of your packages, you’ll receive a card that states our pieces are not intended for little babies or young children. Please use parental discretion and supervision with all of our products! We encourage you to use the time upon receiving any products to teach your babes (of all ages) about sharp objects and choking hazards and how to properly handle them. While these pieces are not intended to be toys, we know that they could be used in play time. So please be mindful of that!

These are handmade by me, not by a machine, and therefore there is a chance they could come apart over time. They are created with a wire that is supposed to offer 15 lbs of tension, but please don’t pull on the pieces as this will cause them to lose their strength. To ensure this doesn’t happen, check your piece often for any loose areas, or tiedown your bow to ensure it’s secure. You can also use floral wire, super glue, or additional ribbon to add to it to secure it more. These are non refundable as they are unique and handmade pieces, but if there’s ever an issue I can help you with, please let me know so we can make it right!

If they’re used on keychains or bookbags, or anything that is handled roughly often, they won’t have as long of a lifespan, so please keep this in mind when deciding where you will add your magic. If strings from the ribbon / cloth fabrics start to get loose, simply trim them off at their base. Do not pull or this will cause more ribbon / fabric to come undone.

The plastic and metal lobster clasps are not intended to permanently secure anything, and we are not responsible for lost items using that portion of your chain. Please secure through the hole using wire of some sort or a tight string if you will be using it for items routinely that will loosen the lobster clasps. The bead lettering may get scratched overtime with overuse as well ; they have been discounted for this reason. Lastly, the disco ball chains have been discounted as I am not sure how long those will hold up due to the cheaper structure of the balls.

When you receive your package, you will need to “fluff up” your product after transit. Simple open up your ribbons or shake out the piece to add some fluff back!

These can be used in so many ways and in so many places, so please repurpose as you wish! You can also take off or add anything you’d like to it, just please don’t recreate or replicate to sell.
